Mumpack Trips is all about supporting women through creating group trips that bring women together in a safe and fun environment, visiting female owned and led businesses and social enterprises in the countries we travel to and donating to charities and causes that empower women, support young girls and provide assistance to homeless, domestic violence impacted, trafficked and struggling women and children.
I’m very proud that my trips support female owned and led businesses – like Driver Srey in Cambodia – and we also support social enterprises that support women and build communities. This is a very important foundation of my trips.
And it makes me so happy that I am able to also financially support charities and causes on behalf of my guests, donating a percentage of the income from each trip.
I have previously focused on donating to reputable charities in the destinations we travel to, as there is so much need in developing countries.
But Australia, where I am based, also faces significant issues with domestic violence and female homelessness, and from June 2025, donations will be split between each destination and Australian charities. This is flexible, and in some cases an entire trips donation may be given to a specific charity that is in greater need.
From June 2025 I will also document the amount of money donated. As a small start up business I donate as much as I can and I know each donation, and the cumulative impact of these donations, will make a difference. Also please email me if you know of organisations that Mumpack Trips can support and donate to.
In JUNE 2025 $50 from every booking will be donated to Women’s Community Shelters AU. So, if you’re thinking of booking this is the time!
Please note that as part of this support and part of the foundation principals of Mumpack Trips we travel ethically and align with the ChildSafe Movement’s goal of children not being tourist attractions. You can download the 7 Tips for Travellers here. We do not visit schools or orphanages and all guests are strongly discouraged from taking photos and videos of children (if you wouldn’t do it at home, please don’t do it when you travel).

Working with local communities to establish new shelters for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence and homelessness in NSW
BOOK IN JUNE and $50 from you booking will be donated to this vital charity.
The Child Safe Movement – current donation total $400
The ChildSafe Movement is part of Friends International and works with many locals and businesses on the ground to teach them to identify and support at risk children – eg trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia. It also works with families and communities to help them become skilled and earn an income to support their families, reducing the number of children in at risk situations like begging on the streets or collecting rubbish.
Friends International runs many programs to support local people, particularly in Cambodia – my sister worked for them in Phnom Penh for many years. It’s an incredible organisation.
