NINE DAYS, EIGHT NIGHTS
Let’s go to the Philippines! It’s one of my favourite places – I love the crystal clear white sand beaches, the stunning blue waterfalls, the ubiquitous palm trees and the aqua water.
The people are incredibly friendly, the food is fabulous and a holiday here means you settle into island life where everything is slow and easy, and you relax as you enjoy nature and exploring at your own pace.
On this trip we will visit mystical Siquijor Island and fabulous Moalboal, both full of stunning waterfalls and gorgeous beaches. We will also stop in Cebu and Moalboal for our arrival and departure.
In Siquijor we will stay at our favourite resort, Coco Grove Beach Resort, and snorkel in its marine sanctuary, visit the stunning Cambugahay Falls, float through the underground river at Sambuluwan, and watch the most stunning sunsets every night.
In Cebu we will stay in Moalboal and climb up waterfalls and canyoneer down them, swing from ropes and snorkel with turtles and schools of millions of sardines.
We will have lots of time for rest and for play. I can’t wait! Numbers are limited to 12 so please grab your spot through the booking link below!
Everything is organised and paid for – so you have time to chill and play
Once you land in Cebu just about everything is included in your trip. From airport transfers to all meals and accommodation, and all our fabulous activities and transport. All you’ll have to bring is spending money for shopping or anything extra you want to do, and for drinks and snacks you may want to buy. You can find a full list of the inclusions below.
This is going to be a really freeing trip. I want us all to enjoy nature and the ocean, the power of the waterfalls and the views from the top of mountains.
But most of all I want us to have FUN. Lots of laughs and getting out of our comfort zones with a supportive bunch of women.
We’re staying in two beautiful hotels just footsteps from the beach – and Coco Grove Resort in Siqujor is one of our absolute favourites. I know you’re going to love it.
I’ve organised lots of fun activities to do together, and if you love palm trees, waterfalls, the outdoors and beautiful beaches this is the trip for you.
Day one of our trip is arrival day, and day 2 we depart for Moalboal. You can come in earlier if you like but make sure to arrive on day 1 – and be in time for the welcome dinner! Note that you fly into Cebu and out of Dumaguete.
Once you land in Cebu almost everything is included:
We are staying in a mix of hotels in stunnig locations. Coco Grove Beach Resort is one of our favourites, and we just adore Moalboal too. In Cebu we will stay in at the beachfront BE Resort.
Our trips are land only so you will need to book your flight into Cebu. You can search for the best prices on Kayak or Skyscanner or go direct to airlines. We love Cebu Pacific and have flown. them a lot both in the Philippines and internationally.
Please arrive on or before day 1 of the trip.
You will need to depart from Dumaguete.
There will be moderate/adventurous exercise and fitness levels required for climbing waterfalls – but you don’t have to climb and canyoneer, it’s just as beautiful to float and rest.
All women are welcome, from any country or any age!
Please note that lots of the women on my trips travel solo and this is the perfect time to book a solo place and come along and make new friends and have an incredible time. I’ll be there solo too!
I hope you can join us and I understand that making the leap into overseas travel or solo travel can seem daunting but I’ll be with you as soon as you ans, and can help you with flight. I’ll also set up a Facebook page for our trip so you will get to know everyone before we start.
I can’t wait to meet you!
I’m Evie, I’m a travel obsessed solo mum who loves helping other women travel and explore the world with – and without – their kids. I’ve been to the Philippines five times and have experienced everything we will be doing together. I can’t wait!
I will be leading this trip and be with you every step of the way on the ground.
