This is a very special retreat with the incredible Sydney artist, Leigh Vardanega – where you get to work with Leigh to create your own masterpiece during five painting sessions overlooking the stunning beaches of Nusa Lembongan. Plus there’s yoga, snorkelling, sound bowls, a beach club visit and most importantly lots of laughs, inclusion and good times.

Leigh Vardanega is a Sydney artist who draws inspiration from the coast and bush surrounding her home and her favourite destinations around the world, including beautiful Nusa Lembongan.
Her artworks are semi abstract with colour at the heart of her process. She is drawn to texture and pattern and the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi where one finds beauty in things imperfect, impermanent and incomplete.
Above all, Leigh’s art is driven by a desire to evoke joy and inspire an appreciation of adventure, travel and the everyday.
Leigh was named one of Home Beautiful Magazine’s 40 Artists to Watch in 2025. Her artworks are held by collectors throughout Australia, Asia and the US.
The trip runs from Saturday 23 May to Saturday 30 May 2026 however feel free to come a couple of days earlier or stay later.
Once you arrive into Denpasar Airport your transfer will bring you to our hotel in Sanur. The following morning we will set off on our morning fast boat to Nusa Lembongan and check into our villas.

We will be staying in stunning, spacious two bedroom villas – each bedroom with its own private bathroom. They are so roomy, wth so much space to chill and relax.
Each villa has ocean views, a lounge and dining room, kitchen and balcony and sitting area. Some have private plunge pools!
The property has a bar and infinity pool plus we are only footsteps to the beach. Wifi and breakfast are included.
Art classes will be held each afternoon in Leigh and Evie’s villa balcony overlooking the ocean. We will have snacks and drinks, chats and laughs while we work with Leigh to create our masterpieces.
This is a women only trip for 18+
This is a very easy trip in terms of fitness – there are some stairs to walk up at the villas but as long as you can move up a few flights you will be fine. In terms of other activities, everything is low impact and easy to manage.
I’m Evie, I’m a travel obsessed solo mum who loves helping other women travel and explore the world. I love creating trips where women can relax and let it all out, make new friends, feel comfortable to get in their bikini or do the things they’ve not done before or put off because they didn’t feel confident.
I guarantee you will make new friends and have lots of laughs and fun.
