One adult and one teen: $5600 AUD
One adult and two teens $6800 AUD
Mums and teens, this one is for you! And there’s so much in this trip from fancy bubbly brunch to a day out at Disneyland Hong Kong, yum cha, hot pot and dumplings, the Peak and the famous tram ride down, Aqua Luna sailing on Victoria Harbour, a shopping day in Shenzen – kids will love! – and more.
I love Hong Kong – and the weather this time of year is perfect for adventuring. It’s probably too cool for the pool, but it’s great for exploring the city, hiking and spending the day at Disney.
This trip is perfect for you if:
We will be staying at the Hopewell Hotel which is a five star hotel above the Hopewell Mall. It’s in a great location and I’ve reserved the larger rooms (rooms in Hong Kong are very small!). You’ll have a city or a mountain view and a fabulous breakfast is included each day.
It’s safe enough for the kids to roam and have a little independence in the western style pedestrian malls below and the local markets are close by too.
The trip runs Monday 11 January to Sunday 17 January 2027.
We finish with a fabulous brunch on a Sunday after the mums can have Saturday at Aqua with a free flow Veuve brunch! Teens will be with us but the bubbles are for us!
One adult and one child $5600 AUD
One adult and two teens $6800 AUD
This is a trip for mums and teens, but I am flexible and leave it up to you to know your teen’s maturity. I have had mature 12 year olds on the mum and teens trips previously.
Our trips are land only so you will need to book return flights to Hong Kong. You can book your own flights or I can recommend a travel agent to help. Qantas is a great option and you can book with Frequent Flyer points right now (28,000 + $166) or around $1200 return from Sydney or Melbourne.
The cheapest flight is return for $890 via China on Juneyao Airlines.
You can set up alerts on Skyscanner to help you find the best deals and so you know when pricing has dropped. Then book direct with the airline or through Skyscanner itself.
I’m Evie, I’m a travel obsessed solo mum who loves helping other mums travel and explore the world with – and without – their kids. I absolutely LOVE Hong Kong, and will be showing you around with my friend Raili who is an Aussie who is based there.
I can’t wait to share this holiday with you.

Everyone who comes with us must have travel insurance. I recommend Cover-More insurance – I’ve used them since 1997 when I first went backpacking and they’ve always been amazing with help and quickly paying claims. You can use any insurance company you like – just make sure you read the PDS and make sure you’re well covered.
Please read our Terms and Conditions to ensure you have the best cover as we need everyone to be secure and protected on our trip.(linked below)
Visas are not required for travel to the Hong Kong for Australians.
Please read The Terms and Conditions here. Then complete our booking form and I’ll be in touch!
